We offer a design and construct service for both new homes and renovations, which means we are involved in our building projects from end to end. Stephensen Constructions is directed by Shane Stephensen, a licensed builder with extensive experience in the carpentry / joinery trade.
We employ skilled tradesmen and subcontractors, most on a full time basis, and we support the building industry through ongoing employment of apprentices. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Stephensen Constructions observes a strict site safety policy and employs a series of workplace health and safety method statements which are adapted to the conditions of each job.
A copy of our policy and the relevant workplace method statements are provided to our clients before or upon commencement of works.
We had the team redo our back deck and put in a new pergola, and honestly, couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The old deck was falling apart and pretty unsafe, but the boys came in, ripped it out and built us a proper solid one that actually suits the space.
